- Drift The Plastic Skirt
First of all, you need to drift skirt that is made up of the plastic out from the cylinder. Most of the chairs are having the plastic tube above the stretchable cylinder. Then, drift this downwards or to the upwards till you won't detect the metal cylinder below it. - Set The Height Of The Chair
