Once the users stacked the lumber pieces the users need to make the mark on the lumber pieces so as to indicate the drilling position to form the dowel holes. Once the users finished the drilling process then they need to dry-fit the holes so as to be sure that the holes are drilled very deep and the dowels will get the line up easily in the holes. Then they need to apply the wood glue over the base of the dowels and arrange them perfectly in the holes followed by applying the wood glue to that area where the lumber need to gets joined up. The users then need to use the rubber mallet and the clamps to keep the glued pieces together until they are not dried completely. The users need to repeat the same procedure while crafting the couch back.
  2. Crafting The Arm That Includes Storage: The users need to set up the lumber wood pieces and then make the marks on the lumber pieces so as to indicate the drilling position to form the dowel holes by using the dowel jig. The users are advised while drilling process they need to clamp up their dowel jig so as to be sure that their lines are lined up perfectly and for crafting the center shelf part the users need to freehand some of the dowel holes and then use up the dowel center so as to mark up the area where the dowel is going to land. Before applying the glue the users are advised to dry-fit the holes and then join the arm pieces. They need to affix the bottom and the side by using the wood glue and then they need to set up the shelf moved by the arm front. Then they need to clamp the glued pieces together and then let it dry completely.
  3. Affixing The Arms To Back Side: In order to affix the first arm the users need to use the wood glue and the dowels as well to affix the arm to the couch back and to do so they need to clamp the piece of the scrap wood at the sofa back so as to apply the pressure on the arm. The users can also use the fine-grit sandpaper so as to keep the piece of the scrap wood from slipping when the clamps are fastened. In order to affix the second arm, the users need to use the dowels and the wood glue and then clamp this side as well and let the glue get dried off completely.
  4. Crafting The Seat Frame: The users need to use 2 scrap wood pieces in order to craft the template and this will fasten the things while setting up the seat height. Then the users need to add more support to the frame by nailing down the screws at the joint parts of the frame. Then they need to use the wood filler to hide all the nail holes accordingly.
  6. Apply The Finish: The users need to apply the wood oil over the entire frame to provide it with the good looks and to prevent it from normal wear and tear.

Affix The Front And The Wood Slats: For affixing the slats the users need to secure up each slat and to do so they need to lay down the 2 pieces of the slat at one time and then make it separate by using the wood piece and then at last secure up the edge slat piece by using the nail gun and the wood glue as well. For affixing the front the users need to affix the lumber piece that will be fastened with the panel front accordingly.
