- Old Pallet: The first step in making the pallet furniture is to find the old pallets, the best is to find the used shipping pallets.
- Tools: The tools that are required for the process are Power drill and saw, screws, clamps, set square, wrecking/pry bar, and mallet and the tape measure. However, while using the circular or powered saw it is important to wear the protective gears.
- Disassemble: Now next step is to disassemble the pallets by applying the Brute Force with the help of the wrecking bar and mallet. While performing this step the user needs to be patient as they need to avoid the splitting or damaging the timber.
- Cut Down To Size: The next step is to cut the pallets according to the needed size, but before cutting the pallets make sure that all the nails, staples, etc are gone.
- Sanding And Staining: Now the user needs to sand the pallets to remove all the rough areas and to get rid of splinters, once the sanding is done then go for the staining process, apply any attractive finish as per the choice.
- Assemble: Once the staining is done let it dry completely before Assembling the pallets as per the furniture demands, in case of the legs it is important to clamp them for the extra strength.
- Check: Finally check the furniture for any kind of the wobbling, in case there is then fix it with the screw or glue or any other method.
