Steps to Spray Paint Metal Chairs
The easiest and the quickest way to paint metal chairs is to spray paint them by following the below-given steps:
- Preparation:
It is important to make necessary preparations before painting metal chairs such as placing the chair on top of the cardboard or newspaper in order to safeguard the surrounding area from paint stains. - Remove Rust & Loose Paint:
The next step will be to scrub rust and loose paint out of the metal chair by using a stiff wire brush. - Sand The Chair:
Once loose paint and rust are removed from the metal chair, the user needs to sand the entire chair with sandpaper or sand block in order to smooth the remaining rough spots. The user need not to sand the bare part of the metal chair as it can damage the metal. - Apply Primer:
