Best And Easy Way For Cleaning The Dresser Drawers

Since the dresser drawers are usually kept closed, they don't get dirty quickly as compared to the outside parts of the drawer. But eventually, dust, debris lint as well as some natural grime can accumulate inside drawers. The user should clean drawers regularly in order to prevent musty odors and build-ups.   1. Remove: First and foremost step is to remove all the items from the drawers.
  2. Vacuum: Now in order to remove all the dirt, dust as well as the debris from the drawer, use a vacuum cleaner or even the user can use the handheld vacuum cleaner to clean the dresser drawers.
  3. Solution: Prepare a solution by Combining almost 1/2 tbsp of liquid dish soap to the per cup of warm water in a bowl. After the solution is ready then dip a sponge in the solution. After diping the sponge its a good option to squeeze it as this will help to remove all excess moisture. It is advisable that the sponge should only be damp wet, not soaking wet.
  4. Rub: After the above step is done then it is time to rub the sponge on all the inside area of the dresser drawer to clean it out. Rinse out the sponge under the clean and fresh water and then re-dip it again in the cleaning solution as needed until all the drawer is cleaned.
  5. Residue: In order to remove all the remaining soap residue, simply rinse the sponge under clean fresh water after that wipe down the inside area of the drawer that was cleaned, in this way all the remaining solution will be removed. After that use a dry towel in order to dry out the drawer.
  6. Baking Soda: After completing the above step, sprinkle baking soda in drawers along the bottom of the drawer. Leave the baking soda to sit in the drawer for a couple of hours. In case if there is a bad smell inside the drawer, then leave & allow the baking soda inside the drawer for a couple of days as this will help to absorb the odor smell. After that use a vacuum cleaner or simply handheld vacuum that was used above to remove out the baking soda.
