- Price: The laminate flooring is very cheap in price, besides it is less expensive to install.
Disadvantages/Cons
- Looks: Although it is very durable, but Lower qualities of laminate flooring have the artificial-looking woodgrain textures.
- Repair: In case of the repair it does not get repaired easily, besides that it is possible to sand or refinish damaged planks.
- Slippery: The laminate flooring is very slippery, which can be dangerous.
