Before starting the process of removing the Levolor blinds, it is important to closely examine the brackets which hold the headrail right to the top of the window opening. Some of the brackets have a small and hinged flap that clamps down on the front of the headrail, which is holding the headrail as well as the rest of the blind in place. If in case there is not any small flap covering a small section on the front side of the headrail, that time the bracket uses the barbed clip to hold the headrail in place.Determine The Tools Required
- If Levolor blinds have a bracket with a small, hinged flap, that time use a flathead screwdriver as well as a ladder.

- Pull up the cord that brings the slats upwards and then lock down the slats in the high position simply by pulling the cord to the right, or to the left.

- For the brackets with flaps, keep the flat tip of the screwdriver right under the lower edge of the flap and then carefully pull it forward and up.
