Step By Step Procedure & Items Required To Install The Double Kitchen Sink Plumbing
The plumbing of the double sinks is very complicated. If the users want that there should be no leak, then they have to fit the plumbing kit but at present, there are so many kits available in the market and each kit consists of the different pieces and that will easily depend whether the users want the disposal unit and a sink or the dishwasher device. Procedure
- Preparation: The first step that the user needs to follow is to purchase the perfect kit for their drain. They are advised to examine the way by which their drainages come from their sink. They need to examine whether it comes in the central pattern system or the drains placed at the adjacent sink part ends. The users need to buy the kit that will resemble their own drain set up. They also need the particular system of the drainage in case if their 2nd sink is also the unit of the waste disposal. While these users are purchasing their drain kits they need to buy the supply lines as per the pre-existing sink drains. Once the users purchased the kits they need to place all the pieces on the floor and then take up the quick note about how to join them with another and by this, the users can easily fit up all the pieces beneath the sink.
- Installing The Supply Lines: Once the users are completely ready to assemble and install their sink the basic thing they need to do is to turn the water supply off and by this, it will be ensured that the water is not present in generous amounts within the drain system. Then place the pot or the bucket below the area of drainage and also place a few towels near the drainage area so as to catch up all the water that might get flow within the drainage system. Once the users are done with this, then they need to detach their supply lines with the wrench and if in case they are facing any problem while detaching it they need to use the lubrication. Once the users detached the supply lines they then need to place the new line in the same manner with the wrench accordingly.
- Install The Plumbing: After this the users are completely ready for installing their pipes. They need to dry-fit their pieces all together and then trim it so as to fit with the area below the sink with the saw. The user requires having the PVC pipes, wall tube, and the P-trap as well and they need to know how to layout these pieces. Once the users fit off the pieces and the pipes beneath the sink then they need to drift off the pipe nuts within the piping and then place the washer over the topmost side of the vertically placed pipe. Then fasten up those nuts so that the pipelines are water fastened and unite the 2 pipe pieces with one another. Then they need to lay the P-trap over the pipe top and then push it upwards as per the sink level. Then cord the tube wall into the ideal place and then fasten all the bolts that hold up the pipes with the sink. Then they need to begin their water outlet by turning the water on.
