Steps to Fix Springs in a Chair

Here are some of the steps by which the customers can easily fix the Springs In their Chair:
  1. Place The Chair: The customers need to start by placing the chair to the upside down and then they need to detach all the screws from the wooden frame that are passing the diagonally upwards by using the drill or the screwdriver in order to release the chair pan from the frame of the chair.
  2. Remove The Staples From The Chair Pan: Once the customers detached the chair pan from the frame of the chair then they need to lay their chair pan to the upside down and they need to drag the staples that are tightly holding the fabric within the chair pan by using the staple puller and the customers need to detach the loose fabric in order to expose the springs.
  3. Break The Metal Bracket: The customers then need to forcibly break the metal bracket that is on one side of the chair Pan and the customers then need to Use the wire cutters in order to detach the bigger staple from the chair pan.
  4. Bend The Bracket: The customers then need to twist the bracket back into its exact shape by using the pliers so that it would look like the other brackets. The bracket should also have the two even wings and then they have to drill a small hole within each wing of the bracket. The customers also need to attach the curved spring to each drilled hole of the wings.
  5. Attach The Clamp: The customers then need to attach a big C-clamp to the spring and they also need to locate the second end of the clamp to the handle that is on the exterior area of the chair pan. The customers have to slowly affix the clamp till the bracket touches the one side of the frame and they also need to place the screws through the drilled hole and affix them by using a screwdriver and then gently detach the clamp accordingly.
  6. Reattach The Chair Pan: The customers finally need to wrap the chair pan by using the light fabric and then affix it by using the staples. The customers then have to place the chair pan back to the chair frame by repeating the same procedure and by using the saved nuts and screws.
