Try to fill all the small holes then carefully remove them and put some filler on to its ends then carefully replace them in the holes and fit them in the holes, leave until filler dries, then cut the ends of toothpicks. Now the user can easily drive the screws back in holes.
  4. Larger Holes: In case, of the larger holes use the putty knife to fill the filler, while filling the filler put some pressure so that filler fully goes into the affected area then let it dry completely before driving screws back.
