  1. Prepare Solution: Create the blend of the 1/4 baking soda, 1/2 cup of vinegar, and 1 cup of the ammonia and the blend into the gallon of water and stir finely.
  2. Apply: Apply the solution using soft brush or sponge to the entire furniture piece to remove the mold, mildew and other dirt built up from the surface.
  3. Old Toothbrush: Dip the old toothbrush into the solution and clean all hard to reach areas with the same.
  4. Deodorize: To remove the bad odor and deodorize the furniture the two cups of the vinegar is required to be mixed with the 2 tablespoons of the liquid dishwasher into the hot water bucket. Mix well all the solution and apply it over the furniture using cloth, sponge or either using a soft brush and follow up by rinsing it with the water. Doing this is ultimate for preventing mildew growth as well.


Only Baking Soda

Another way to clean the patio furniture is to sprinkle the good amount of the baking soda over the wet sponge and rub the entire furniture thoroughly with it in the circular directions and rinse it with the water nicely. Allow the furniture to dry.

Bleaching

The alternate way to clean the patio furniture is to add the mild detergent and half cup of the bleach into the gallon of the water and stir. Use this solution to wash out all dirt and grime built up. This will also remove the mold and mildew from the furniture piece. Rinse well using clean water and let it dry before using furniture again.
