- Clean The Floor: The first important step before removing the scratch is to clean the floor surface. A cleaning solution is prepared by combining the dish soap and warm water in a bucket. Then the solution is applied on the floor surface with the help of a sponge to clean the dirt and grease. After removing the dirt particles leave the floor to dry completely.
