Affixing the small pieces with The Glue
- Buying The High-strength Glue: The users are advised to buy the glue of high strength so that the small broken pieces will get affixed properly to the chair.
- Apply The Glue: Then apply the glue at the extreme edges of the broken pieces but the users are advised to wear the rubber gloves while applying the glue.
- Place The Broken Piece: Then the users need to place carefully the broken piece back to its original position in the chair and then apply immense pressure to the broken piece for almost 60 seconds so that the piece will get affixed properly. Then let the glue dry completely for almost 2 hours before using the chair.
Using Acetone
- Fill Up The Glass Container: Start by filling up the container with the acetone and then add a few pieces of the plastic in the acetone solution. Then let the plastic to get dissolved in the solution of the acetone for almost one night.
- Remove The Solution: Once the users find out that the heavy plastic pieces have been dissolved at the base of the container then they need to carefully remove the plastic made solution in a separate container and this will act as the filler material respectively.
- Apply The Filler Material: Then use the soft paintbrush and soak it into the filler material that is being stored in the separate container. Then gently apply the filler material to the cracked area on the plastic chair and then let the filler material to dry completely in the open air.
