1.Sanding: Sand wood furniture using 60 grit paper. Try to light sand the furniture piece.
2.Re-Sand: In order to apply the primer re-sanding using 180-200 grit sandpaper is recommended.
3.Wipe: Once done use clean cloth to wipe the chair and sanding residue.
4.Spray Paint: Apply spray paint over the entire piece in light and heavy sprays.
5.Sand: Once the painting is done go for slight sanding again using mouse sander.

1.Apply Vaseline: A thin layer of the Vaseline needs to be applied over the area that needs to look distressed.
