  1. Remove The Doors: The first step is to remove the hinges from the cabinet doors by using a screwdriver and separate the doors from the cabinet, and also remove handles from the cabinets.
  2. Clean: Then spray degreaser on the frame of the cabinet and on the doors from all sides to clean them and then dry the cabinet frame and doors by using a clean rag.
  3. Strip The Cabinets Down: Next step is to remove the old finish from the kitchen cabinet frame and doors by using a stripper. Then sand the frame of the cabinet, doors and apply a coat of primer.
  4. Paint: Apply white paint on the cabinet frame and doors. Three coats of paint need to be applied for its good looks and good quality paint brushes should be used.
  5. Whitewash It: To achieve the whitewash look on the kitchen cabinets denatured alcohol is rubbed on the cabinet frame and doors with the help of clean rag. If the rag becomes sticky then the customer can switch to another clean rag and the process continues until the entire area of the cabinet is covered.
