The item must be unused and in original packing and in order to return the item the customer needs to contact the company and they will provide RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) Number and arrange a pickup. The customer will be subject to pay return shipping charges along with a 25% restocking fee which can be waved if you exchange your item with similar or greater value product or store credit.
