The company will not accept any kind of returns and exchanges if so ever delivery fails due to access reasons the company will charge their customers with a 10% of the order value and if the customers cancel their order the company will charge them with the 5% of the order value. The company even offers the delivery within a week if the order they purchased is in stock. If the customers fail to receive the delivery for any reason they will be charged by a £30 administration fee.
