Delivery Services
The Customer will receive an email confirming despatch. Depending on the chosen carrier by the company, The customer may receive a separate email from the "Customer Service" of the company that will detail how to track their orders when it has left the store. "Despatched" means that the customer has been charged for their order, and they'll be notified of delivery accordingly. For Furniture items being delivered and the delivery team will call the customer at any time up to 30 minutes before delivery to their home.

Return An Item
If any customer wants to return their purchased goods, they can but in proper and unused condition with proper proof of purchase within "35 Days" and the company will "Exchange" or "Refund" their goods accordingly.
