The store was first established in the year 1986 and since then it has been serving all the areas of Norcross Georgia. Returns & ExchangesIn the Return & Exchange Policy of the Underpriced Furniture, the customer has 7 days of time after delivery or pickup date in which he can return the product for a complete refund excluding original delivery & re-delivery fee and a 25% restocking fee. Merchandise being exchanged for a product of similar or greater value will only require a 10% restocking fee. All the products must be in good condition and a receipt of the purchase must be provided at the time of pick up or drop off of the product. Refunds can be provided by check within 10-14 working days of the return or through the original card of payment.
Delivery & Warranty Information
The Underpriced Furniture offers delivery service on all the orders but they don't provide the specific delivery date so that they can maintain 100% satisfaction with their customers. They will contact the customer prior one day or in the morning of the delivery date and provide him the 3-hour delivery window in between his order will be delivered. Also, they will contact the customer prior 30-60 minutes before the delivery arrival time so that he will be prepared for the delivery and in case the customer fails to receive the delivery, they will reschedule it but only on another delivery fee. The delivery charges are $119 Zone for up to 25 miles from their warehouse, $139 for 26-30 miles from their warehouse, $149 for 31-35 miles from their warehouse, and above 35 miles charge depends upon the vehicle mileage.
Warranty InformationAll the Underpriced Furniture products are covered under the manufacturer's warranty in which all the manufacturing defects will be covered whether in material or workmanship. The customer also has an option of purchasing
Ultra Shield Five Year Protection Plan for his furniture which provides cover on all accidental damages.
