Warranty Information
All the Texas Leather Interiors products are covered under the manufacturer's warranty which means they have coverage on defects on material & workmanship during the normal usage. They offer different warranty periods on different types of products and during the warranty period if the defect arises on the product, they will repair or replace it according to the companies policies. The warranty coverage includes transportation cost for the period of one year within 50 miles radius from their nearest location excluding cushions & pillows which the customer has to take for inspection & service by self. After the one year period, the transportation cost will be liable to the customer.
The above-mentioned information is only valid to the products manufactured by Texas Leather Interiors. The warranty can be extended to the original customer and is valid to the residential use of the product only. If the product is misused or has signs of neglect & abuse, the warranty will be null & void.
Warranty Periods:Warranty periods of different products of Texas Leather Interiors are given below;
- Frame & Springs: Hardwood frames & springs are warrantied as long as the customer owns the product from manufacturing defects in material & workmanship.
- Seat Cushions & Fiber Pill: Foam & Fiber are also warrantied from manufacturing defects for the lifetime but doesn't cover flattening, softening & firmness of the product.
- Down & Feather: Down & Feather envelope is warrantied from leakage for the lifetime under the normal usage.
- Leather: Leather is warrantied from cracking or peeling for the period of 5 years. The warranty doesn't cover discoloration, fading, stretching, wrinkling, wear & tear, and damage.
- Mechanisms: All mechanisms are covered under manufacturers warranty for the period of 5 years excluding bent & damaged mechanisms.
- Motor: Motors are covered against malfunction for the period of one year.
