Returns & Exchanges

Table culture understands that sometimes the customer may receive the faulty purchase or damaged, that's why they provide the customer with the option of a refund, exchange or credit note. To receive a refund the customer needs to notify within 30 days of receiving their purchase. The customer can simply contact them via email or phone with their order number. The customer will not be charged a second delivery fee for an exchanged or replacement product.

Deliveries
If the customer's order arrives when there is no one to accept the delivery, then the order is taken to their local Post Office. The customer will be left with notification and collection instructions in their letterbox. If the order is received before 12:00 pm then the order will be dispatched on the same day, otherwise, the order will be shipped on next working day.
