To return an item customers need to fill an online return form.
Click Here to get there directly and customers will see the various empty input boxes and fill them according to the information required, and in addition enter the product name, product code and quantity and reason for the return and if customers want to add some faulty or other details they can add them to their given respective input box and then click on the continue to proceed further. The company will look after the information that the customers sent them and they will take the necessary steps. The company delivers every product except the fragile product within New Zealand with the reasonable cost, any item that is much heavier is added with the additional cost.
