Sun Furniture Design is the manufacturer & designer of naturally inspired furniture products and assures the guarantee of all their products. They have specialization in products like beds, cabinets, consoles & desks, seating, tables, lighting, mirrors & accessories. They also accept customization of orders in which the customer is required to provide the specifications of the order.
Custom Order InformationOnce the customer places an order, it will only be confirmed after he deposits 50% cost of the product and as soon as they receive the deposit, they will send an order confirmation email to the customer with Order Acknowledgement. After that, they will start manufacturing the product according to the specifications mentioned in
Order Acknowledgement. In case the customer wants to make some changes in his order, he needs to contact them quickly because once the production process starts, he cannot make changes afterwards. In the Order Acknowledgement, he will find his order number and the delivery date which is an estimated date & can vary at some points. Once the order will be near completion, they will send an invoice due to the customer because they can only forward the order to the customer once its payment is completed and in case the customer fails to pay the invoice due till 15 days of his order completion, he will be liable to interest.
