Warranty And Shipping Information

Warranty
Space Furniture provides a guarantee on their products that they will be Free from manufacturing defects both in material & workmanship for the period of 24 months from the date of delivery. In case the product is deemed as defective during the period, the company will repair or replace the products according to the seriousness of the defect. The warranty doesn't cover the breakage caused by improper use, normal wear & tear, accidental damages, and Degradation due to environmental factors. In order to make a warranty claim, the customer needs to Fill in the Warranty Claim Form along with the photographs of the defect and he will get a response from the customer service department within 48 hours.
Shipping Information
Space Furniture offers a delivery service on all their products. As soon as the customer places an order, he will receive an order confirmation email which will be followed by another email as soon as the order will be processed. In the second email, the customer will get all the necessary shipping information which include order tracking link by which the customer can check the progress of his delivery. All the in-stock items will be delivered within 5-10 business days. The customer has an option of selecting the delivery service for his purchase between below given delivery options;

• Express Delivery: This delivery service is forwarded by Post or Courier and is available on all types of products like small, medium, large or even oversized & bulky. The delivery charges are calculated according to the volume of the purchase and distance of the delivery. The delivery days are Monday to Friday between 9 AM - 5 PM but the exact time of delivery is not provided nor the customer will receive a call before delivery.
• White Glove Delivery: This is a premium delivery service in which the customer will get in-home delivery, call prior to delivery, Setup, assembly & installation service included in delivery. The customer is required to contact them if he wants a white glove delivery service. The white glove delivery is available within 100 km from Melbourne, Sydney & Brisbane. The delivery charges are $195 within 25 km and $350 between 26-100 km.

Online Refund & Return Policy

Space Furniture doesn't provide refunds on change of mind returns nor on the incorrect selections. So, it would be better to check an order carefully before placing it and in case the customer makes an error, he must contact them immediately for assistance. The return is only possible on purchases made via www.spacefurniture.com.au. For the return, the customer is required to Contact them via their Contact Us page or by filling in the Warranty Claim Form. Space Furniture will respond to the request with the return instructions. The customer is required to pack the goods in the original packaging which will protect them from damages during transit. As soon as the return reaches the warehouse, they will inspect the goods before processing the refund back to the customer's account.
