What Are The Steps To Apply For Service Family Accommodation Furniture?
Customer needs to follow below-given steps in order to apply:
- Customer need to fill in the application form (e-1132) through MOD systems only and customer need to mention their Furniture Service.
- For filling the application form, the customer will be required to create an account.
- After submitting the form, the system will review it.
The furniture provided to the customers will be clean and in good condition. Customer will also be asked to sign the documents at the time of delivery. During the turnover, if any damage occurred to furniture except normal wear and tear, it will be on the customer and the customer will be charged for it. Once the customer no longer requires the furniture, the customer can send them an email on Furniturerequests@carillionamey.co.UK
and they will take it back.
