Sauder Furniture offers delivery via UPS & LTL(Residential Truck Delivery) in which LTL products will be identified in the Cart. All those items which will be delivered via UPS will be left at the customer's residence without Signature.
In LTL delivery service, the carrier will call the customer in order to schedule a 2-hour delivery window according to the customer' preference. The customer is required to be present at the time of LTL delivery so that he can Sign the delivery document & Unload his order from the carrier’s trailer.
