In order to apply the repair paste, the surface of the counter top needs to be free from the dust or any other debris particles and to do so clean up the counter surface by using the rubbing alcohol. Then apply the paste over the minor defected area and spread it by using the putty knife. Then allow the paste to get dried off completely.
