Steps For This Process
- Slide Door Removal: It is not really hard to take out the sliding door from the bracket in which it's installed. The thread under it is composed of aluminum and is having two ends. The first one is longer than the second. Above mentioned thread has a roller wheel that makes the door to slide on the bathroom side.
- Gliding Shower Door: Removing the sliding door procedure is clear and straightforward. You have to check here the thread which is installed beneath the frame. As you know it has two ends, one is facing towards the bathroom and is smaller than the first one. You need to unscrew all the nuts that keep the door in position. - Spread: Spread it with the help of painting brush and allow it to dry for 30 to 50 minutes. Now use the utility knife into the middle of the iron then glide back on the rims. This thing is to separate the frame from the glue used before. Carry it out from the two sides of the rim. Use the plastic hammer on the iron so that it releases the glass then easily put the aluminum frame out.
- Take Down All The Frameworks And Top Rail: Usually the upper section of the frame is not fused with the other parts which make it easy to detach the door. You need to glide with a utility knife down in the middle of the wall and the frame. You need also a plastic hammer to slam the two sides of the frame then drag it from the wall gently.
