Delivery Information
Q Living furniture contracts with True North Transportation System in order to provide delivery service. Once the customer places an order, he will be invoiced an estimated delivery time which may vary in some instances. As soon as the order is received, the Q living forwards the details of the customer to True North Transportation System who will then connect with the customer and arrange a delivery date & time with him. They only offer delivery from Tuesday to Saturday. The delivery charges depend upon the size and distance of the delivery which may vary between $90 to $200. They also offer installation & furniture removal service at $59/hour & $90 respectively. Apart from that, the delivery company will contact the customer before 30-60 minutes to delivery so that he will be ready to receive them.
Warranty Information
Warranty may be different on products and depends upon the supplier from where the purchase is made. Mostly, all products of Q living Furniture comes with a one-year manufacturer's warranty.
Return Policy
The purchase made at Q living furniture is considered as final & cannot be returned unless there are some warranty issues. If the customer is permitted for a return, a restocking fee of 25% will be deducted from his refund amount.
