Step By Step Process Of Building A Wall Oven Cabinet

One of the easiest ways to attain the maximal benefit from the oven is by having the oven that is placed within the cabinet. Building the wall cabinet for the oven will easily differentiate as per the oven size dimensions. The oven cabinets are having the storage space beneath and above the oven that the users can easily customize as per their requirements. The user can easily build a wall oven cabinet at home by following the below-defines steps:
  • Place The Edge Panels: Start by placing the 2 eighty-four inch edge panels over the work table. Then calculate the measurements from the one edge and then make a mark on all the 4 inches. The users need to repeat this step for the parallel corner and then position the framing square over the marked area and then draw down the lines that will easily intersect. By this, the users will get the 4-inch sized square on the plywood corner. They need to repeat this procedure with another piece and then trim down the squares by using the skill saw.
  • Apply The Wood Glue: Now apply the wood glue to that area at the back of the trimmed pieces and then fasten the 4/19 inch sized pieces by using the box nails. Then wipe down the unneeded glue by using the wet cloth.
  • Calculate The Measurements: Then calculate the measurements within the top plywood edge and then markdown at the twenty-eight and the 73¾ inches. Position the framing square over the marked area and then draw the line adjacent to the end panel width. The users need to mark the X symbol on the right side of lines and this will indicate the place where the shelves are going to get fastened.
  • Fasten The Shelves: After that, apply the wood glue to the long shelf support edge and then fasten it with the other two shelves by using the drywall screws. These 2 shelves will act as the middle shelves and then they need to apply the wood glue to the twenty-three inch sized shelf edge and then place it on the marked lines and fasten it with the end panels by using the finish nails.
  • Turn The Cabinet: Rotate the cabinet in a way that the cutout of the toe-kick will be facing downwards. Then apply the wood glue to the corners and then position the 30/80 inches sized plywood over the cabinet surface and then fasten it by using the box nails.
  • Place The 2 Pieces: Position the 2 pieces of the end-face frame over the worktable surface with the long-sized corners next to one another. Calculate the measurements from the one end and then make the marks at the 73¾ and at the 28 inches. Then position the square of the frame on the marked spots and then draw the line on the 2 pieces width.
  • Position The Cabinet Base: Then apply the wood glue to the base rail end edges and on the topmost rails as well. Then position the 1/2 at the cabinet base and then another to the polar end. Fasten the pieces by using the furrowed fasteners and then the users need to wipe down the unneeded wood glue quickly by using the wet cloth.
  • Use The Fasteners: Now apply the wood glue to the remaining rail edges and then position them over the marked lines and then fasten them by using the furrowed fasteners.
  • Drive The Nails: Rotate the cabinet over in a way that its toe-kick will be facing upwards. Then apply the wood glue to the toe-kicks face edge and then position the 4/30 inch sized plywood and fasten it by using the finished nails. Then position the 4/4 inch sized block at the toe-kick back and then fasten it at the base shelf by using the drywall screws. Then drive the 2 nails within the toe-kick to its block and this block eventually strengthens up the toe-kick during the installation process. Then wipe down the unneeded glue by using the wet cloth.
  • Fill Up The Nail Holes: Finally apply the wood glue to the front-most cabinet edges and then position the frame over it. Fasten the frame with the cabinet by using the finished nails. Then fill up the nail holes by using the wood putty and allow it to get dried off completely and then sand down the cabinet by using the fine-grit sandpaper.
