Warranty Information

The warranty is only valid on goods used for residential purpose and if the goods are used for commercial purpose, the warranty will be null & void.

Shipping Information (Delivery & Collection)

PK Furniture offers delivery as well as collection options on all the purchases made from them. Before the customer places an order, he needs to make sure that the product he chooses fits in his doorways, stairs, lift, and other entrances for smooth & hassle free delivery. Also, he needs to provide the correct contact information so the delivery team doesn't face any problem while delivering the purchase.
Delivery:
PK Furniture offers door to door delivery service in case the purchase made by the customer has to be shipped directly from their warehouse or the customer is unable to visit their store location for collection of his purchase. The delivery charges are applicable if the customer chooses the delivery option and in case of upstairs delivery, there will be some extra charges. The exact time of delivery cannot be determined, however, the delivery team will contact the customer before their arrival so that the customer will get ready till they reach his place. In case, the customer is unable to receive the delivery, they can reschedule delivery for him on some extra charges. The delivery service doesn't include the removal of packaging material. They also offer a Next day delivery option on purchases made from Monday - Friday before 5 PM.
Click & Collect:
PK Furniture also offers its customers an option of Click & Collect on online purchase by which the customer can pick up his order by self after placing an order online from their store location. All he needs to do is select click & collect option and he will receive a call from the company as soon as his purchase will be ready for collection. The customer is required to arrange his own transport for the collection and he will also require to provide sales receipt along with ID proof at the time of collection. Also, he must inspect his purchase before collection as the company will not be liable for damages identified after collection. The warehouse collection hours of the company are Monday - Friday between 9 AM - 12 PM & 12:30 PM - 3:00 PM.

Online Return Policy

PK Furniture always stands behind their products that is the reason they offer 30 days of return guarantee on their products in which the customer can return his purchase for any reason which includes the change of mind returns. The customer can return the product for the purpose of exchange as well as a refund which he has to mention at the time of returning the goods. All he needs to do is contact the customer service support and they will provide him a return authorization number and they will dispatch a carrier for the pickup of return. Once the return will reach back to the store, they will inspect its new condition within 72 hours before processing the request of the customer and if the return is for a refund, then they will process the refund back to the same payment method.
