The delivery will be sent through outside contractors or courier service which will be finalized after checking the most economical and the quickest option. They will stay in touch with the customer throughout the delivery process.

Return & Exchange
OK Furniture provides its customers an option of return & exchange in case the customer is not happy with the purchase. The customer has 7 days to return his purchase after delivery but the product must be in original condition and packaging at the time of return. During the Guarantee period, if the customer notices any problem with the furniture, he needs to contact them and they will repair it within the 21 days of contact. Sometimes the company will be unable to get the replacement parts in 21 days, in that case, they will replace the furniture with the same new furniture.
