Credit & Debit Card Purchase Option
OK Furniture accepts payment via Credit & Debit cards but the product will only be released for delivery or collection once the payment settles in which usually takes 24 hours.
EFT Purchase Option
EFT purchases are released for collection or delivery as soon as payment settles in the company's bank account which can take 24 to 48 hours.
Return & Exchange
The Customer can exchange or return his purchase within the 7 days of delivery if the product has any manufacturing defect or he is not completely satisfied with it. He will be provided a full refund but the product must be in a resale form having original packaging. In case the product requires repair and still comes in guarantee, they will repair it for him in 21 working days and if they fail to do so, they will simply replace the product.
Delivery Service
OK Furniture offers delivery service on all their products and most of the deliveries they offer are outsourced in order to maximize productivity. The delivery charge will depend upon the distance of delivery and it will be processed as soon as the stock is available.
