All the products of OK furniture come with one year warranty, however, once the warranty will be over, the customer can purchase an extended warranty for 12 to 36 months and all repairs during the period will be free. Also, if the customer doesn't use the service during the period, the company will refund him the full amount.
How To Make An Insurance Claim?
The customer can file an insurance claim within 30 days of a specific event for which the customer needs to go to the nearest OK Furniture Branch and inform them that he needs to file an insurance claim. After that, he will be required to fill in the claim form & if the customer needs any help in filling up the form, he will be assisted by the store officials.
