If the customer discovers any manufacturing defect or he is not satisfied with his purchases, OK Furniture will gladly exchange the stuff within 7 days after delivery of the product either for the exchange of identical product or for another product of similar nature and value. However, the product must be returned in its authentic condition and in the packaging in which the product was supplied to the customer.
