Levin Furniture Delivery: General Overview
General OverviewLevin Furniture has both the options available for their customers whether the customer wants the product to be delivered or he wants to pick up his purchase by self. The customer can make the selection on his preferred option at the time of purchase whether he makes a purchase online or in store.
In their delivery service, the delivery department will call the customer at least 48 hours before the scheduled delivery for verification. They offer on-time delivery from Tuesday to Friday and will also provide the customer with a two-hour delivery window in between the order will be delivered. If the delivery team arrives 30 minutes late than the delivery window, they will provide the customer with a $50 gift card as a compliment. The delivery charge will depend upon the location of the delivery and it will be mentioned to the customer at the time of Checkout.
Order pickup is available at selected Levin's locations. The customer can select the desired pickup location along with the date of pickup at the time of checkout and they will provide him assistance in the loading process at the time of checkout. The customer will be required to provide an identity proof at the time of pickup.
