• No Interest For 24 Months: This no interest financing option is available on all the purchases made through Levin's Credit Card and valuing $999 or more. Equal monthly payments are required and no interest will applicable for up to 24 months.
• No Interest For 6 Months: If the amount is paid in full within six months, there will be interest applicable on purchases made via Levin's Credit Card. The customer is only required to make equal monthly payments.

Delivery & Pick Up Information

Once the customer makes a purchase from the Levin's Furniture whether online or in-store, he has both the options available either he can pick up his purchase by self from the store or he can use their delivery service.
Delivery
In case the customer chooses a delivery option, he will get the necessary information at the time of Checkout, such as the estimated date of delivery and its charge. The customer will also receive a call from the delivery department 48 hours prior to the delivery date and they will provide him a delivery window in between his order will be delivered and if they miss the delivery window by more than 30 minutes, they will provide the customer with a $50 gift certificate which he can use for future purchases at Levin's furniture. In their delivery service, their delivery team will deliver the order inside the customer's home and will also set it up at the customer's preferred location. They only deliver the order between Tuesday to Friday in some selected areas. Apart from that, if the customer wishes to cancel or reschedule his delivery service, he can do so prior 3 days of delivery date without any extra charges but if he requests prior less than 3 days of the delivery date, there will be a $50 rescheduling fee.

Levin's Furniture always stands behind their products and offer a 7 day return period in between the customer can return his purchase if he is not completely happy with it. The return period starts from the date of delivery or pickup and the customer will be offered a one-time reselection. On returned goods, the delivery fee both original & return will be non-refundable and there will also be a 15% restocking fee on returned goods. Accessories can be returned within 48 hours and the pickup for return will be offered the next coming day from Tuesday to Friday. The goods which are excluded from the return are mattresses, box springs, lift chairs, adjustable bases, and all the special orders.
