Laura Ashley Company delivers its products to the United States which includes Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and Alaska. The company offers delivery service in 5 different ways:

1. Home Delivery: Product is delivered in 1-5 days based on the customer's distance. For Alaska and Hawaii product is delivered in 3-7 days from Tuesday to Saturday between 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM.
2. SmartPost: Product is delivered in 3-10 days depends on the customer's destination. For Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and Alaska product is delivered in 30 days from Monday to Saturday.
3. Express Saver: Product is delivered in 3 days from Monday to Friday up to 8:00 PM.
4. 2nd Day Shipping: This shipping service is available to most of the areas from Monday to Friday by 8:00 PM.
5. Standard Overnight: Product is delivered from Monday to Friday by 8:00 PM.

Return & Exchange Policy
If the customers don't like their purchase for some reason, the customers can return or replace it within the 30 days after receiving it. The product must be unused & in the form of resale. Customers will be provided with a complete refund except for the shipping charges that will be deducted from their refund amount. Apart from that, if the customer has received a defective item (manufacturing defect) from Laura Ashley Furniture, the customer has 90 days to return or exchange it and in this case, the shipping charges will also be returned. If the customer wants to exchange the item, the company will deliver a new item to the customer’s home without paying anything extra.
