The users can also clean off the drain line by using the auger if in case they are having doubts regarding the blockage. The users can simply fasten the nuts on the P-trap with the hand but for the metal traps, they need to use the pliers. If they find out that the nut present on the metal trap is quite hardened and is not turned then there might be the case that they have been corroded and this time they need to renew the trap.

If in case the users are not able to find any leak source then they need to examine their sink drain that usually starts to leak when it is filled up completely with the water. If the users find out that there is the sink drain problem then they need to unfasten it and then repack it by using the putty.
