Pick Up & Delivery Information
After the purchase from Kane's Furniture, the customer can pick up the order either from their warehouse or designated store location. Some of the products are unassembled and the customer has to assemble them. However, at the time of pickup, Warehouse personnel will help the customer in loading, they will not be liable for any damage occurring afterward. They also offer a delivery service and that will cost $119.99 for furniture and $59.99 for recliners and bedding. Apart from that, if you want quick delivery, you can contact them and they will provide you next day delivery $149.99.
Cancellation & Refund
The customer will get a complete refund if they cancel the order within 48 hours of the purchase and it will be transferred into the customer's account. All payments made through check or mail will require at least 10 days for a refund. Once the order will be delivered to the customer, the customer cannot cancel it afterward. Also, If the customer cancels the order after 48 hours, only 80% amount will be refunded.
