Shipping & Delivery Information
JYSK offers Free Shipping on online orders valuing over $175 which excludes sale items, online only products and pick up only orders. The Free delivery service is also not available to the following delivery areas such as Nunavut, Yukon, Northwest Territories, Prince Edward Island, New Brunswick, Newfoundland, and Nova Scotia. Apart from that, they don't offer Free delivery on some products categorized under Living room, Bedroom, Dining room, Office, Outdoor & mattresses and in order to view the details of all those products, simply visit their Delivery & Pickup page. JYSK Furniture offers two types of deliveries which are mentioned below:
Courier Delivery Service: All the soft goods such as home decor, bedding & bath products are delivered via courier service. The customer is required to provide the correct address for a smooth delivery and if he fails to receive the delivery, he has two weeks to pick it up from the nearby Purolator depot before it will be returned to JYSK Furniture and they will refund the customer with product price only. Also, if the customer wishes to track his courier delivery, he can do so by visiting Www.purolator.com.
Local Delivery Service: Furniture & mattresses will be delivered via 3rd party delivery and the delivery team will consist of two persons. Either they will deliver the order at first point of entry or any room of the house which depends upon the location.
Note: All order are delivered within 2-3 weeks of purchase.

Return & Exchange Policy

JYSK Furniture offers a return period of 45 days in which the customer can return his purchase in the original packaging & condition. The customer is required to provide the original purchase receipt at the time of return along with valid Government-issued ID card whose details will be recorded at the time of return. JYSK reserves the right to refuse any return. If the customer has opened the item or his bedding item is non-defective, he cannot return & exchange such items.
For online returns, the customer is required to get an RA(Return Authorization) number before returning his purchase in case he is not happy with it. The Return Authorization Number can be get by contacting on 1-888-696 (5975) from Monday - Friday between 8 AM – 4 PM. All shipping costs are excluded from the refund amount and if the customer has received the initial delivery free than he will be charged standard delivery cost for return.
