  5. Condition Wood: Take a paintbrush and apply the wood conditioner on the floor surface.
  6. Spread Conditioner: The users need to use a synthetic applicator for spreading the wood conditioner on the hardwood floor surface and leave it to dry.
  7. Apply The Stain: Next step is to apply stain on the floor surface with the help of a paintbrush. The last coat of stain should be applied along the direction of the wood grain.
  8. Remove Excess Stain: Leave the stain on the floor according to the instructions mentioned on the label. Then wipe the extra stain from the floor by using a rag.
