Now, take a hand-pressurized spray bottle & pour waterproofing sealer into it. Secure or fix the lid on the spray bottle before pumping the handle of the spray bottle in order to pressurize the spray tank. Move a foam roller pad smoothly onto a roller handle. - Apply The Waterproofing Sealer
Next, apply the waterproofing sealer by taking hold of the tip of the spray bottle wand 6 inches from the surface of the Masonite. Shift or change the spray bottle wand from the top to the bottom in order to coat the surface of the Masonite. Roll the foam roller pad through the sprayed surface, which in turn will provide an even layer of sealer to the surface of the hardboard.
