  • Staple Lining To Cushion Frame: The customers should then fix the lining to the frame by using the staple Gun and also tighten the sides and the corners of the lining.
  • Trim Lining: The Customers should then shorten the excess fabric lining.
  • Cut Fabric: The customers should then lay down the lined frame on the fabric and then draw the 3 inches out from the corner of the cushion by using a non-permanent fabric pen and then the customers should cut the fabric across the line.
  • Staple Fabric To Cushion Frame: The Customers should then fix the fabric to the frame by using the staple gun and also tighten the sides and the corners of the fabric as well.
  • Attach Fabric To The Corners: The customers should then attach the fabric to the corners of the seat by using the staple gun.
  • Reattach The Seat Cushion: Once the seat is engulfed by the new fabric the customers should then attach it to the frame of the chair.

Here are some of the basic steps by which a customer can easily Reupholster A Chair With Arms:
  • Strip Chair: Firstly the customer should use a staple puller and should smoothly remove all the fabrics from the chair.
  • Cut Fabric Panels: The customers should then remove all the aged upholstery of the chair and then cut the new fabric to the actual size of the old fabric.
  • Upholster Chair Back: The customers should then pull the fabrics beneath the sides and then staple the fabric to the back frame of the chair. The customers should leave the bottom side of the back fabric unstapled unless the seat panel is placed.

  • Remove Old Fabric: The customers should remove the back upholstery of the chair and save the old upholstery pieces for measuring the new fabric.
  • Replace Batting: If the back side batting of the chair is stained then the customers should remove that by using sandpaper and then paint the back side of the frame as per their choice and taste.
  • Make New Pattern: The customers should place the old back upholstery on the new fabric and draw 2 or 3 inches out at the border of the cushion and throughout the frame by using a non-permanent fabric pen and then the customers should cut the lining across the line.
  • Attach Back: The customers should then gently place the backside fabric in an exact position and then tightly staple it by using a staple gun and then trim all the excess lining of the fabric.

How To Reupholster A Chair With Buttons Studs

Here are some of the following steps to reupholster a chair with buttons:
  • Firstly the customers need to remove all the aged upholstery from the frame of the chair and also remove all the nails and staples from the frame as well.
  • The customers should place the old upholstery on the new fabric and draw 1 inch out at the border of the cushion and throughout the frame by using a non-permanent fabric pen and then the customers should cut the lining across the line.
  • The customers should then gently place the backside fabric in an exact position and then tightly staple it by using a staple gun and repeat the same procedure while placing the new fabric on the seat and on the arms of the chair.
  • And at last the customers need to install the buttons on the chair and for that, they need to mark the area where the buttons have to be installed.

How To Reupholster A Chair With Vinyl

Here are some of the basic steps to reupholster a chair with Vinyl:
  • Firstly the customers need to detach the seat from the frame of the chair and also remove all the screws from the frame by using a screwdriver.
  • The Customers should also remove vinyl attached areas from the frame of the chair with the required tools.
  • The Customers then need to remove all the staples that are attached with the vinyl seat and back with a staple remover.
  • The customers should place the old vinyl on the new vinyl and draw the old shape of the vinyl on to the new one by using a non-permanent fabric pen and then the customers should cut the lining across the line by using the sharp-edged scissors.
  • Then the customers need to set the fresh vinyl top to the batting and then scrap the batting to actual size as the material.
  • Then the Customers have to upturn the batting and the vinyl so that the vinyl is faced down .
  • Customers then have to place the seat of the chair upside down top to the batting and if in case the chair contains the foam then it will adjoin with the batting.
  • The customers then have to cover the one side surface of the batting and the vinyl over the edges of the chair. Then the customers need to Staple it every two inches or more than that. Then Repeat the same process on facing side of the chair.
  • Grab the batting and vinyl together on one of the remaining two sides of the seat, wrapping them over the bottom of the seat and stapling them in place.
  • The Customers then trim all the excess vinyl material and then assemble the chair properly.
