- Remove Old Glue: The old glue needs to be removed by sanding first so that new glue adheres well to the joints.
- Glue: Properly examine the loose joints and check if the screws are tight or not. If the screws are tight just apply the glue like epoxy, plastic resin, adhesive, etc into the loose joints in proper amount using glue injector. Slightly shake the chair for even distribution of the glue.
- Clamp: After the glue has been applied the joints are required to be clamped for approximately two days.
- Re-check: Once the glue has been properly dried the chair is ready to use but rechecking the chair is a must after a weak if it is ok or not. In case it is loose again then it might need entire rebuilding again.
