1.Cutting Vinyl Straps: The old vinyl straps are required to cut using scissors. Loosen the fasteners with the help of the screwdriver to remove straps easily.
2.Length: Take a cloth measuring tape to measure the dimensions and length of the strap needs to be fitted. Now position the strap near the hole of the chair frame and wrap it according to the strap direction. Once the strap is warped around the frame take the length measurement of the opposite hone and decrease it by 10%.
3.Cut The New Vinyl Straps: Once the measurement is taken cut the new Vinyl straps accordingly. Use a drill to make round hole measuring about 1/2 inches at the end of the straps. Make sure to trim the straps in the shape of dog ear ends.
4.Soaking: New Vinyl straps are required to soak in the boiling water for near about five minutes in order to soften them. Take out the straps from boiling water with the help of tongs and follow up by drying them using a clean towel.
5.Strapping: The peg fastener or machine screws are required to insert into the holes of the strap. Hold the chair firmly with one hand and start the wrapping around and in the opposite side. Keep in stretching the wraps tightly. In order to place the strap firmly tightens it up using fasteners in opposite mounting holes.
