Easy Ways To Remove/Get Rid Of Termites From A Wood Coffee Table
The wooden coffee table is prone to get affected by the termites and if the users want their coffee table item to last for many years then they need to immediately eliminate the wood termites. Termites can be difficult to get removed and won't die up easily and that is why it is important to isolate the wood item from the other furnishing items. Way 1: Using The Cardboard Trap
Start by pouring the small water amount in the four cardboard boxes and then position it near the termite infected coffee table and leave this box and the coffee table without touching for almost 3 days. After three days, the user will find out that the damp cardboard box will have attracted all the termites near it and once the user will find out that the cardboard boxes are full of the trapped termites then they need to detach the boxes from that area and then burn those boxes respectively.
Way 2: Using The Parasitic Nematodes
The Nematodes can be described as the small worms that complete their lifecycle by eating the other minute organisms. The users then need to mix these nematodes with the water in the spray bottle and then spray this mixture directly over the surface of the coffee table and within days the coffee table will be free from the wood termites.
Way 3: Using The Borates
The sodium borate is also effective in terminating the wood termites, all the users have to do is to spray the borax material directly over the entire surface of the coffee table. The users can also dilute the box with the water in the spray bottle and then they can even spray it directly over the affected area.
Way 4: Using The Natural Oil
The users can also use the natural citric oil like the orange oil so as to terminate the wood termites as the orange usually consists of the d-limonene that is strong to kill the wood termites. The users can also use the neem oil and apply it evenly over the affected area and they need to keep on using either the orange oil or the neem oil till they won't get satisfied with the termination of the wood termites over the entire surface of the coffee table.
