Methods To Get Rid Of The Dried Acrylic Paint From Furniture/Table

Method - 1 With Soapy Water

Steps to remove the dried acrylic paint using soapy water are mentioned below:
1.For Fresh Paint: Simply rub the fresh acrylic paint stain using a clean washcloth gently till it disappears.
2.Create A Solution: The solution using hot water with soap needs to be prepared to clean the surface with the same using cloth dipped into the solution. Rub the stain in the direction of the grain.
3.Scrubbing: Keep on gently scrubbing the paint stain in grain direction.
4.Wipe Off: The area needs to be wiped off using a damp cloth to clean the soapy leftover.
5.Dry It: Dry the wood surface using the dry towel and allow it to dry completely within 48 hours.

Method 2- With Rubbing Alcohol

Use the steps mentioned below in order to get rid of the dried paint from the wood:
1.Scrapping: Use the putty knife in order to scrape the paint from the wood surface.
2.Rubbing Alcohol: Pour a little amount of the rubbing alcohol on the clean cloth and rub the paint stain with the cloth. Make sure not to touch the surrounding area of the wood with alcohol as it will damage the surface. Concentrate only on the paint affected area.
3.Wipe Off: Use the wet clean cloth to wipe the surface and to make it clean from all alcoholic residue.
4.Wipe Again: Use a dry cloth to wipe the wood furniture/ table and let it dry for 24 hours.
