- Chalk Line & Cordless Drill
- Screw-Tip Attachment

Procedure
- Raise The Blinds: Start by raising up the window blinds by moving it upwards within the middle part of the base rail as the users lift up the cords. The users need to work with the stepladder and then turn the tabs upwards over the bracket with the top rail corners. In case the users are having the long sized blinds then they need to take help from any family member or the assistant who can use the step stool or the ladder so as to handle the blind ends. Then they need to drift up the top rail edges outwards within its bracket and then place the blinds aside over the flat surface.
- Catch Up The Chalk Line: Then catch the chalk line end beneath the brackets and then lift up the chalk line to the lower side of another bracket. Resemble the window center from one side to another and then place the step stool or the ladder at that point. Then the users need to lift up the line tightly and then mark down the wall face within that chalk line.
- Affix The Bracket: Then they need to assemble up the drill with the screw attached to its tip. Then use the ladder or the step stool to start working on this process. Place the bracket adjacent to the wall face within the depth of that backing arm and spread it straight outward, and by keeping the bracket short leg upwards as well. Then the users need to line up the uppermost arm side within that wall mark and then affix the bracket with the wall by drilling down the drywall screw with each drilled hone in that small bracket leg accordingly.
- Place The Blinds: Then the user needs to place the blinds over the window top and then line up the topmost rail ends evenly with the unclosed brackets at their edges. Then they need to line up the base side of the topmost rail with the backing arm topmost side and then fit the rail edges within the brackets at each of its edges. Once the users correctly followed this step then the central portion of the topmost rail requires to lay over the bracket arm. Then they need to flip the tab downwards on each of the brackets so as to fasten up the top rail edges in the correct place.
