Step 1: Polish Marble Countertops
- Before polishing the first step is to prepare the marble countertop surface by cleaning it all over thoroughly. Remove any of the accumulated dirt, grime, as well as the grease using a commercial stone cleaner and a sponge or with a soft cloth, and make sure that the marble is completely dry before going for the polishing. - After that wait for the next day to seal the marble. With a soft cloth or clean rag or a soft-bristled brush apply the sealer. Once the sealer has dried completely, the countertops will look just like new and is ready to use.

- If the user is going to polish the countertops by themselves, then they are advised to purchase a ready-made re-polishing as well as the sealing kit that comes with specific polishing compound, and with all the necessary materials and appropriate tools. The user will need a variable-speed grinding machine, which must be appropriate for the domestic use, or very fine-grained sandpaper for the light scratches.
- The user must be able to wet the sand shallow scratches and remove surface stains off. If in case the results are satisfactory, then rinse and dry the countertop. And finally, buff it with the help of an appropriate product.
